I prefer the way the OEM spoiler lines up with the rear shape of the trunk.

OEM in my opinion.
Available painted from Morristown BMW - I bought a bunch of stuff from there recently and Nick is great. |

If you have a aggressive rear body kit with quad exhauts like Kerscher's or Hamman's, go for the ACS (also match well with ACS, Hartge or Kerscher's front lips). Otherwise, go with the OEM (match well with painted OEM CF style lips and also Hartge lip). I like the OEM deck spoiler to go with Hartge lip, but now I'm ordering the Kerscher quad exhauts/rear bumper and ACS roof spoiler, I may go with the ACS deck spoiler. Still consider b/w 2 though. |

I have the ACS front spoiler and I am putting on the OEM rear deck spoiler. I have seen the whole body kit and that rear spoiler does NOT look good. It looks like it should be on a civic. Do NOT put it on your car!!!

I chose ACS -more aggresive, because OEM was too conservative, and it 'occasionally vanishes' at a distance with minimal visual impact and it is too common. it is a personality t choice /issue.

I happen to like them both. They show different characters.
Like most have said.. OEM is more subtle, and ACS is more agressive. It depends on which image you prefer. I have OEM spoiler, partly becase I made a decision to stick only to OEM parts/mods when I purchased my car. -hkj |

As everyone has stated, OEM does flow with the body design, and has more of a stock look...
ACS is more aggressive, but IMO, it doesnt fit the lines of the E90. Plus it does look like a lunchtray laying off the back edge... Let it be known that my only aesthetic mods are those that are OEM. I like the stock look. Its a little more aggressive look with the subtle mods, but not in your face rice... Im just waiting for the E90 with a fast and furious spoiler |

As if you needed another opinion, but here's mine. I prefer the OEM painted spoiler. Like others have stated, it blends better whereas the ACS one protrudes too much. It's a little too fast, too furious. The OEM CF spolier is nice too but won't match your clean Alpine White and you stated that you want it AW so....

I prefer OEM in general. The ACS sticks out a little too much for my taste but to each his/her own so get which one YOU like. Here's my OEM spoiler:
