Bobowar is a nickname that I picked up many years ago. It is a combination of my name Bob and Manowar, a favourite metal band of mine. I had a t-shirt of theirs which I would wear every weekend because the artwork was so awesome. A friend randomly called me Bobowar one night & it stuck.
The rest is self explanatory.

Name of our boat in the pic, which is also one of my wife's favourite warm weather drinks and most of our stuff is named around dogs which are always a big part of our life. Our home is called the white dog, and the studio/guest cabin in our back yard is the dog house. All named after the king of the castle Bosco. Here's a pic of the old guy snoozing on the helm/coach roof of our very old boat Salty. And my wife will tell you I'm a bit of a Salty old dog.

Hard Parker - Someone who builds a badass car and never uses it for it's intended purpose. i.e. - "Erwin spent all his money on making his car track worthy, but when track day comes he would rather sit there and be a hard parker instead."

I guess that's me. I have a base Lotus Exige that I've spent 10 years converting to a bad-ass race car that will never see a track. In fact, I never drive it past 6 10ths on the back roads. To me, that's enjoyment. I suppose if I were rich and could beat the car up at a track and throw it away I would, but I'm not, so I won't.

BTW, I don't believe in "intended purpose." The person who pays the money for it makes the purpose, and no one, not even the manufacturer, has the right to tell them otherwise. What you do with your own property is your own business.
