Hey I had more questions if you don't mind. I relaly want something stupid loud but that I can control on demand but also make it a small project and DIY.

I will probably only do it with one side though, I would take over control of the stock valve and open the rear muffler and put in a straight pipe in there. Not sure if I should keep the dog hair type thing... do you know how the bomiz looks inside?

Also does the bomiz have 2 valves? It looks like there is 2 modules on both pipes. Wouldn't this cause issues if both are closed? If not then I might straight pipe both sides and install a second valve on the right side. But then I'm wondering if the stock vacuum is going to be strong enough to control 2? Like if I just put a y splitter on the hose.

Welcome to the forums and IS club. You would have to manually log your LPFP but usually it can handle up to e30 mixes safely some have even been able to push it to e40. But generally speaking its better to run an upgraded pump. A Walboro 450 will get the job done if you want to run e85 mixes.

Yep, I bought a bracket and made the Walbro 450 fit in the stock bucket. Pretty easy to do and lots of DIY's out there.

Suprised you want to change the 313's. Lot's of people want to get there hands on them.

If you look closely each side has a muffler and a pass through, so if the valves are closed then then the exhaust goes through the mufflers, but when they're open they go straight through.

Your suggestion of valving both sides of the stock exhaust would have a major flaw- if both sides closed for whatever reason then your turbos would literally blow up.

Ohhh okay I see.

Wow then that exhaust would be so perfect then for police here. When they do on road inspection they put a bendable metal pole/wire in your exhaust to feel for a cat/blockage. With that Bomiz exhaust with valve closed it would hit it right away. Man why didn't I know about that exhaust before I did my exahust mods

I wonder how the inside of the muffler box looks like in the bomiz. I'm not to sure how to modify mine. Just straight pipe everything on the left side?

I've been interested in electric cut-outs/valved exhausts since I first heard about them. I'll likely go with the Turner option, waiting to see how Tim603's sounds first though.

Bucketless or Bucket? If you have any LPFP brands out there feel free to share My plan is to upgrade the twin turbos at some point but before that I'd want to start running up to an e60 mix.

I would probably like them more if they were 18s but even still.... I just don't care for the design. Im hoping people want to get their hands on them so I can sell them

Very nice! Aside from the added power, does it make the driving experience much better? I'm still debating whether to shell out another $600 on mods. I told myself i'd stop lol

I have so many mods that I can't feel the extra power but I do like not sounding like a Honda in the higher Rev's.
So the answer is yes, it's better. The Vibrant resonators were $50 each https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And the install was $150, so for $200 it's a nice upgrade.

Blank

Yes 2 valves. Both are electronically controlled so no vac line needed. I don't know what the inside looks like but the muffler is extremely light. I also heard it was an H pipe on the inside of the muffler. It's very very very quiet, almost silent, with the valves closed. Valves open is extremely loud.

That doesn't sound very convincing lol. This is the only thing keeping me from full fbo. So if there isn't a big difference in power/driving experience then maybe not worth spending $800

What kind of brake pads does the dealership use for the 2011 e92 335is? The previous owner said he always had it serviced at the dealer, and although the brakes are still good, I have never in my life seen so much brake dust accumulate so fast. It's pretty crazy honestly. I garage the car and drive it on Friday and Saturday. And they front wheels start turning gray within 2 weeks of a wash. So I guess that's 4-5 drives. Anyone else get a ton of brake dusk on they're front wheels?

Probably Textar pads that are rebadged as BMW. I use textars and the brake dust is nuts but the bite is nice.

Same. My first brake change on this car was with Centric branded and after install I felt like I had air in my brakes, bled the car 2 tiems didn't change.

Change brakes again year after and went with OE Textar and brake pedal feels like when I bought the car.

Hmm alright guess it's best to stick with stock then. It's a good thing our rims are already silver then right?

Holy mackerel that's clean AF! Loving the CF accents. Our cars are almost identical except I have the Turner high kick spoiler. You should look into the CF quad exhaust diffuser. That would be real clean looking.

Is it on stock springs? Looks low.

Thanks!
The car is stock height. I went up a size on the tires, so it gives it a illusion that the car is lower. Gotta improvise when you're on a budget lol
