Exclamation WTB: 10-11 E90 335i M Sport ***FINDER'S FEE***

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Hey Everyone! My 2010 AW/Saddle Brown E90 M Sport was totaled in October '19 because a manhole cover did a number on the car. I've been testing out other cars but I just enjoy the E90 335i and feel it's the perfect daily for my wants/needs. See below for what I'm looking for. First and foremost, I don't care if it's RWD or AWD and I don't care if it's an N54 or N55.

REQUIRED:
- 2010-2011 E90 335i
- 6AT
- Factory M Sport
- Alpine White with Chestnut Brown (aka Red Brown), Black, or Saddle Brown interior
- Crimson Red over Black with sport package also considered (M-Sport not available on Crimson Red)
- Less than 65K miles (lower the better)
- Nav
- Xenons
- Harman Kardon
- Satellite Radio
- Fold Down Rear Seats
- No Significant Accidents

PREFERENCES (not a deal breaker):
- Comfort Access
- Heated Seats
- Aluminum Trim or Alu-tec trim
- PPK
- 2 Original Keys
- Tasteful mods ok

I'm willing to pay $500 if someone can help me find my perfect spec'd car. From there, the number goes down with each item that isn't checked, etc. I am on Cargurus, cars.com, auto trader, eBay, etc. as often as I can but I'm relying on YOUR connections with someone who MIGHT be looking to sell and this could spark a conversation.

My perfect spec is:

- Alpine White
- Chestnut Brown / Red Brown Interior (1) Black Interior (2) Saddle Brown Interior (3)
- 6AT
- Factory M Sport
- Under 50K miles
- Aluminum or Alu-tec Trim
- Nav
- Harman Kardon
- Comfort Access
- Heated Seats
- Fold Down Rear Seats
- Satellite Radio

Let me know if you have any questions. If you find a great candidate, please PM me instead of posting publicly so someone doesn't swipe it. I'm located in Cincinnati, OH. Willing to travel for the right car. Thanks everyone!

I know somebody who is selling something very close. Not exact, and I understand that you are very specific. If, however, you decide to open up your list of potential purchases, then this might interest you:

2009 E90 335i 6AT
RWD
Space gray
Black interior
Sport
Winter package
Premium package
Aluminum trim
Paddle shifters
Very well maintained
Higher mileage (definitely more than 65k, not sure on exact number)
Not sure about audio system and comfort access

This car will be going up for sale in about a week and it may be your opportunity to snatch is up. Located in Chicago.

Close, but the M Sport package is a must and low mileage is important to me. BUT, this is exactly what I'm talking about when it comes to the finder's fee and relying on connections. I appreciate this, so thank you for reaching out even though it's not quite what I'm after.

Mileage is higher but it’s not a bad deal imo

Thank you...Yeah, I saw that one too as cars.com is one of my regular search stops. Way too many miles for my preference, but I agree, it is a good deal.

At $17,500, it's not affording me the opportunity to do much with it. That's a high price for that car considering I paid that same amount for mine with 55K 3 years ago.

AWESOME find. THANK YOU! I've reached out to the seller to confirm the interior. Will keep you posted. This is a great finder's fee qualifier.

Thank you for this. VERY very close, but that M Sport and Harman Kardon are a must for me. I know I can get the M Sport bumpers and HK and retrofit this stuff, but I don't want to deal with that and prefer it from the factory.

Thanks again! Keep 'em coming!

And I've just updated the original post. I WILL consider the N55 as well. It's not my preference, but I can deal with it. Helps broaden the search if anything. Thanks all!

While it isn't the perfect spec for you, I think my car ticks off a lot of the boxes. I was in a similar position and grew tired of waiting, so I jumped on this car when it only had 31k miles. I see you are considering N55's now, they are great engines!

Thanks! I saw the post. Well done and nicely modified. It does check some boxes, but the color does not unfortunately. I don't see myself growing tired of waiting for the right car but you never know. I'll keep yours in mind, but for now, I'm going to continue to try and find an AW or SG car. Thanks again!

Nothing against LMB...it's a good color. I just know I'd get bored with it as a daily.

I've got an '11, space grey, black interior, m sport with convenience and premium pkg. It's a manual though. Has about 70k mi on it. I haven't driven it this year since getting new car but did a TON of preventative maintenance. If interested PM me.

Try the website or app Autolist very good to refine what you are looking for

Little bit on the higher mileage side than I'd like to go, but sounds like a nice spec. But, no 6MT for me as a daily for now. Thanks!

Aren't they pulling from dealer stock only? Actually, when I search I keep the search criteria very general and try to look at everything that's been newly listed. My 2010 that was totaled showed up one night a few years ago as a 12,000 mile white over black xdrive car, but had the VIN listed. I checked the VIN and it was AW over Saddle and had the M Sport package (no mention on website). Called the dealer the next day and it had 55K miles on it. They had a bot list it and I guess just picked whatever info they wanted.

Point is, that's why I'm not getting specific in search criteria because that could weed out cars that may not LIST items I want, but in fact actually have them after doing a VIN decode. Kinda like dealers that like to list it's a manual when in fact it's steptronic.

Pulls dealer and private listings. Took me a year to find my car needed to be 335i awd and a manual that's how I narrowed down the heard a bit. I ended up finding my car about 8 miles from my house which was a huge plus. And they email you listings everyday of new cars that are listed for your search criteria.

I must be doing something wrong. They're all dealer listings.
