This 3 stage manifold is ready to install. Fully refreshed, cleaned and tested. Waiting to find an N52 as it's new home

I take apart the disa valve flaps and clean them, rebuild the internals, grease them and put them with the flap and shaft bonded together as one piece to rule out them breaking at all in the future and test how they work thoroughly to make sure they're in good working shape, most valves straight out of a used car will be faulty or slow so this is a huge plus to this manifold. Also these disas are both updated revision valves with no risk at all of anything dropping into the intake.

Videos of valves working:
Large disa

Small disa

I don't include shipping but depending where you live we can work something out

Easiest way to do it is through eBay:

How did you close up the valves after opening up?

Also is the white stuff on the valves grease? Is it okay that they are packed with grease like that?

The grease is safe for plastics and in my opinion is a must have. There's no reason why the plastics in these valves should be wearing over time to the point of breaking and one important part is lack or lubrication.

They're sealed with formic acid and then touched up by melting the plastic seam to ensure it doesn't leak or get anything inside

When do you think you'll have more ready to go? Planning to do some work next weekend, wonder if it could be feasible to 83864.

Thanks!

What's needed to make this work once installed on a 328? Anyone have some good links/DIYs?

I've watched a handful of youtube videos, and seen a handful of threads, but looking for clarity on what to prepare for (is it just coding, or a flash of some DME map file, what tools can do it?)

Trying to get ISTA+ / ISTA-P on windows 10 but I do have BimmerGeeks ProTools if that might do it.

I will pm you but I have manifolds on hand just not many valves finished for them that aren't called for for rebuild. There's more on the way sorry for the delay

You don't need ISTA to get this to work on the car, all you need is BMW standard tools from the bimmergeeks website. Basically you're unlocking the dme and then flashing a file on to it that lets the car use the 330s higher power class settings. It sounds complicated but it really isn't.

Here's a video I recorded on the DIY of how to tune the car to 330 for free with a bimmerlabs tune:
