Red battery light issue

Hey guys. Was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this matter. I recently just replaced the alternator 3 months ago. Also did an A/C bypass with the kit from ECS. My battery light came on 2 days ago after the bypass. So I went to AutoZone and they charged it back. Also some further details. I just came from my friend taking over my car while I was overseas. Came back to a lost bolt on the battery. The ibs sensor to the battery was gone and guess he was riding it with that poppin on and off. Cause that have been fried and cause the battery light to keep coming on even after freshly charged. Also I looked at the alternator and it's not spinning inside. Could the regulator be gone. Please help guys. Wife is ready to give the car up [IMG][/IMG]
