Hi,

Remote keys and locking wheel bolt keys are security item which we can only supply on a face to face basis. We would need to see the the V5C registration document and your drivers license to be able to order this for you. The locking wheel key for your vehicle costs £39 including but you would need to come into us with the relevant documents.

I hate to be a bummer but that's near enough the same price quoted to me when I directly contacted Cotswold BMW. In fact it's slightly more expensive. The thread title stating that members here get a discount is a lie.

And to make matters worse that same part is more than £10 cheaper on fleabay.

All quotes here are with the most discount we can give however every part has different margins which affect the percentage discount we can offer. It appears the part you have requested a quote for has a very small margin which is why we are unable to deduct much off the RRP which would be £110.40 posted. We do not have this item listed on ebay so the part is either non genuine or being sold with a ridiculous discount. We hope you understand.

Speaking of part-specific-margins. I'm planning on a full suspension rebuild in the future and will need many OE parts. I've compiled a list of part numbers I'll need and there are some 80 entries.
