We are only able to supply keys on a face to face basis over the counter as we require the V5C, proof of ID and a 3rd form of ID with your name and address on. Would you still like me to provide a quote if you're local enough to us to be able to come in should you wish to place the order?

That’s what I thought. Secret part number etc. disgusting that BMW charge so much for something that they know is faulty and in the states they were replaced FOC under a recall 🤬
