So i read this whole forum and im still confused. To install the amp and sub i need a Hi lo converter for my stock stereo. Ive also been reading that i need to tap into the black remote wire so my amp can power on and off. What have you guys done for this? i know i can buy the trigger online for the sub but im looking to install the amp and sub today and need to find a store with the loc and trigger. Do line out converters have built in triggers, or could i just intstall the hi lo converter and be done? Im looking on amazon and i see the stinger SGN141 line out converter with remote. Is that all i need?

Will this one work for a 10" sub? Do you tap into the trunk for speaker signal in the 07 335i sedan? Believe its logic 7? I've heard the underseat subs are a better place to tap into. Last edited by C4maro; 02-08-2022 at 02:28 PM.. |
