I have an ‘07 that spent it’s entire life in the PDX/SEA area & there’s virtually no rust anywhere on the car.

More data points on PNW cars: They don't salt up there as everything drains to salmon fisheries. So while it is wet, it's not terribly corrosive. I had a former SEA car, and have a former PDX car. Zero rust on either!

If i'm not mistaken, this one was posted here before? If it was, anything wrong with it? Any issues you guys were aware of. Seems like it's been listed for a bit.

i4 left port in germany last week and is en route to california. Should arrive toward the end of June. PM to discuss a deal on this california car, zero rust, with the 2 cosmetic issues, and 1 minor OPG leak aforementioned. Willing to negotiate. Asking $9k on here, but some flexibility.

This car, or at least these same photos, as been around for a long time. I don't know if it's not selling or if it keeps getting flipped, but no one has claimed it for months, maybe more. You could probably see this same car 30-40 pages ago in this thread or month and months ago on the calendar.

I called a few months ago - they did sell it, but don't seem to be able to remove it from an automated listing service they use. It shows up on Cargurus too, I think. And it will show up here on e90post.com every 2-3 months, of course...

Nice E91 in San Diego

Can't comment on the price, who knows anymore. Lacks sports package or winter package, but low miles/last year of prouction is pretty nice.

Definitely different level of niceness than the one I am trying to sell in SD. However, I will say that after owning 3x N51s (e90, e91, e82) they are all going to need quite a few costly repairs between 75,000mi and 115,000mi. If someone wants to drive this pristine car for 2 years and sell it for around the same they bought it for and hope there isn’t too much that comes up in between, then it seems perfect.
But if someone wants to keep it forever because they know e9x/e8x were the last generations of BMWs that cared more about steering feel and sublimely smooth engines over efficiency, I think a slightly higher mileage car with good records with service and repairs from a reputable mechanic is a much better bang for your buck. A $13k car with 75k mi on it quickly becomes a $20k car with 100k mi.

Low miles are getting harder to come by, but to me low miles has started to mean not only spending more upfront, but possibly getting the opportunity to be the one to pays for many of the costly repairs rather than the last owner. Well at least they will be done by either you or the mechanic you trust.

Agreed! I would much rather purchase a higher mileage car with records from an enthusiast with OCD! Those are hard to find though, most high mileage cars seem like they are on their fifth owner, and dubious maintenance records and a lot of deferred maintenance. The positive thing with a 75k car is that you know what is coming up and can plan for it. Most of the basic work tends to be DIY depending on time and inclantation.

Thanks. There is a reserve. I think I chose a pretty low one. The listing includes 7 videos - driving, cold start, etc.

Pretty nice AW 2010 xDrive M Sport in Farmington, Michigan
https://www.ybsautobrokers.com/detai...eries/85267896
  • WBAUU3C54AA541124
  • $19,995
  • 85,XXX miles
  • Automatic, xDrive
  • Alpine White
  • M Sport with Style 194s (missing one center cap... Lol)
  • Shadowline trim, black mirrors are a nice touch IMO
  • Roof rail delete
  • Adaptive Xenons, PDC
  • Beige interior, walnut trim, heated seats
  • iDrive
  • Claimed "Turner Intake Manifold and Software"

Just did a look over as this little dealer is right by my house. These guys always get some cool cars in. Closed on Saturdays so I couldn't look inside or under the hood. Pics look like it has a pretty bad OFHG leak. Price is way too high for me being an auto with tan interior.

Pretty clean though. Minimal surface rust underneath given it’s in Michigan. Clear bra on front bumper and top of rear bumper. Paint is flaking off of roof rail delete inserts. Other than that the rest of the paint looks to be in good condition. Seats look good other than some typical driver's bolster wear. Tires look new but are not a brand I know.

What would you pay for it?

Not sure that's a true M-Sport. The steering wheel doesn't appear to be an M-Sport.

For the super inflated price the could do some clean up work and replace the simple emblem and so forth.
