Northern Ireland Meet - Sunday 26 April
I'd love to organise something for all the E9X owners in Northern Ireland/ROI since there is that stretch of water between ourselves and the rest of you!
I guess I'm trying to gauge interest first of all....? I'm not sure how many of us are out there but maybe we could try to get a rough idea. please post if you're interested. maybe you guys on the mainland could give us some tips on arranging this! Of course you'd be more than welcome to come over!! Last edited by alpini; 03-17-2009 at 05:31 PM.. |

2- If you can get a local sponsor / dealership to help you to promote the meet, then all the better- organising a group buy may well help you to promote the event to prospective purchasers. 3- Plan on what you want to do, well before the meet. We mainland boys sometimes forget that, but things usually find a way of sorting themselves out in the end. 4- If you're planning on making it a 2-day event, make sure you sort out some accommodation for everyone & make sure they pay up at least a deposit beforehand! 5- If you know of anyone in the motoring press, get them to organise a photoshoot for you & publish it after the meet. Hope this is of some help to start you off. All the best. Viv |
