For the love of my mental sanity, does anyone here have a MPE for sale?

I have been trying for the past few months to find a clean one to no avail. I’ll pay a finders fee if you can lead me to one as well, or consider buying a cheaper whole wagon simply to take the exhaust lol.

I think BMW stopped making them for the e9x gen back in 2014-15. Had one on my second e91 and can attest they make all the difference in the world in terms of giving the car character...great tone and burbles.

They're next to impossible to find used - probably have to buy a car with one on it to find one. Very similar sound option would be the Eisenmann Performance Exhaust - I know IND sells them for like 1200.

I saw the eisenmann, but in most reviews I read everyone loved the MPE more hahaha so I’m holding out with some hope for that. I believe you on the impossible to find used part, it’s so far been the hardest car part I’ve ever had to find lol. Praying I can get one sooner than later!

Decent car. Exterior looks OK, interior beat up a bit and missing the rear cargo cover. Coming out of MN yes I would demand photos of the underside and engine bay. It's clear this was detailed professionally so will have to dig deeper.

Price is wishful thinking yes.

Well sadly it was a basket case. Mechanically it checked out, but the paint was a mess. The only panels that still wore its original paint were the passenger doors. Fenders/doors ranged from 6ish mils to 11 mil on the roof before finally peaking on the hood at 13.0 mil on the hood. The car photographs fine but is very very rough.

The interior was beat with someone previously attempting a dye job on all the seats to hide their wear. I was planning on recovering the interior and swapping to sport seats, so that was less of a concern.

The sagging headlight can likely be fixed with the method outlined in SI B63 07 14.

I also scanned all the modules in the car with INPA. All matched the car and the only fault lurking in the background was one for the transmission fluid (578E). Sensor values for the engine were nominal. The cooling system was newer and it had a new valve cover with new coils/plugs.

If someone was looking for an E91 to drive into the ground and not feel bad this one was it. It had all the options sans sport package. The dealer was willing to come way down, but what was lurking under that paint is a nonstarter for me. Carfax and Autocheck were clean (I have both if anyone wants them). It was originally a BMW executive car. Identical in spec to this car:

If anyone comes across a RWD LCI double hump with factory xenons and cold weather package lmk! Willing to pay for the right car. Manual is preferred, but I will happily take an auto. Everything else I care about can be retrofitted.
