M4 engine issue when it starts and idles

My m4 has a issue when it starts cold or warmed up, it idles rough and choppy almosted like it’s cammed.

Mods are only catless downpipes, single mid pipe, and some tune that the old owner put on what do you think the issue can be.

What Tejas said or vacuum leak would be my next guess. Possible misfire? Have you run codes yet?

Old spark plugs, poor fuel injector(s) spray pattern, pre-cat O2 sensor(s), fuel tank breather valve, bad gas, or a small air inlet vacuum leak.

try reading the codes. My car had the same issue with the same mods it turned out to be the tune. Although I had a JB4, after removing it the car ran smoothly again.
