I had some issues issues hitting preset tourque limits once I got up close to 400 WHP/350TQ, so Zack had to work on the torque tables in tune to let it go through it without cutoff but resolved it within the day and never had issue since.

I pretty much drive my car with dsc fully off (long press) so I'm not sure if it would be that, unless it's still doing stuff with it off.

In my case it had nothing with the traction control to do, just preset torque numbers set in the engine/transmission management software and when it was exceeded the car would cut power. However, lots of data to go through but I believe he did find the parameters affected and raised numbers to make it not cut off. I can see how it would come up since I more than doubled power and torque since stock.

I started down that road but tight w space, and installed water meth injection instead. Mostly tuned for cooling but slight bump on power I imagine, but not why I added it.

I threw on the smaller 110 mm pulley and belt. Boy that really made all the difference. Any body else running this same setup that has some whp numbers you could share?. Also, I'm still on the 328 intake manifold, my cal is already set up for the 3 stage according to esstuning, how much are these worth power wise on boosted applications?

Porsche Injectors WMI - 500cc injector Tune 22RPD Intake manifold N52 , with two Disa Made a limit of max 6800 prm Gasoline 100 RON Going to the dino stand soon to measure the power and will share the result here. |

Congrats, and you should do very well given upgrades. Did you do any headers or exhaust upgrades yet? I think it’s smart to not go crazy on rev limiter…. Mine our daily and keeps running great.

Thank you, very good info. So looking at the screen shot you had, there was a slight incline you were going up too. I think an e90 M3 does it in 12 sec on flat ground so you are not too far off that. Looks like every 10 mm in pulley correlates to around 20 hp.

Does anyone see boost decrease from MILVS + n54 intake + headers?
That’s because boost is measurement of resistance, engine flows more air so resistance decreases. |

not for me, always increased boost w my upgrades/N54 intake. Not running milvs so not sure there. Make sure your exhaust keeps up and not restrictive. Ended up needing to upgrade my piping and rear muffler in addition to headers. Back pressure to me has always been more crucial on NA engines and never lost power/TQ in less retstriction upgtades in my two SC cars.

Hello guys!
I measured the power on a dyno stand. The car showed 346 whp and 383 Nm. The employee who measured the power said that the power was growing, but we were hitting the maximum speed limit of 6800prm. The intake manifold is N52 stage 3 OEM exhaust manifold (catalytic converter removed). I think if you install the intake manifold from N54, the power will be added. You can raise the maximum engine speed to 7000 prm This will add another 15-20 whp or so. |
