N55 98G0B Bin Sharing and Feedback
This will dedicated to sharing your tuning bin and feedback. This is for 98G0B. If you leave a bin say a little details like stage 1 or 18 psi boost and a data log. Here are a stock bin https://mega.nz/file/9O4EFSZA#vSAzX4...rHIkj-Z1-79bE0 and a PPK bin https://mega.nz/file/9KpDSAqA#Gsn3na...vrQ1J11XiWEZzU
Software to start your own bin https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1787691 Basics on tables and troubleshooting https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1787692 Last edited by TunafishE93; 01-16-2021 at 08:12 PM.. |

This is my stage one at 15 psi to 10 psi redline. No throttle closure or overboost. https://mega.nz/file/JDI3jKDS#SdKld-...VNbpZFVcP12h9U

I would assume it is the public XDF that Martial has posted.

Care to share the source of other XDFs?

Anon1 has been working with other members and teams from other forums to build out the XDFs further.
Example - My XDF Quote:
For example, your screen shots in other threads show the public XDF VANOS tables. There are ~54 VANOS tables and they must have their equation for the values in the cells entered correctly. This allows you to compare your BIN to MHD logs. Starting a "tune sharing" thread without the XDFs used for the tunes is like giving someone a car without service records/manual - you have no idea what you're looking at. Additionally, it will allow others to cross-reference their XDFs with those of others, allowing the community to grow and advance those XDFs. To be clear, I'm not saying "Post yer XDFs here!" I'm saying that the BINs should be accompanied by the XDF used. That's why the original thread here got more questions of "HOW DO I GET THOSE TABLES?" as opposed to general tuning talk. https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1693922 |

Is there a less "I am a spy sharing illegal stolen data" type of way to share these things? I would like to share using a more convenient method such as carrier pigeons, smoke signals, USPS, or google drive.
Edited: removed my shit .bin . Still think Mega is not convenient. Last edited by rmap3k4mhdac6; 01-16-2021 at 06:23 PM.. |

Mega just an easy way to share info. Anyone can go there and download the files. I am not sure an easier way. I will give you feedback after checking your tune.
Don't use that tune above, you know with the software provided we can see the tables. Thanks for nothing. Here are examples of the fuel pressure mine vs bin above. Its a good example of why comparing is such a powerful tool. Last edited by TunafishE93; 01-15-2021 at 04:33 PM.. |

PPK via MHD app for late 2012 e92 335i
Quote:
I still don't know if this is possible but I would be very interested in flashing my DME with the original PPK from BMW via the MHD app. I’ve got a late 2012 e92 335i (so the new DME), hence as @TunafishE93 says I would need the 9e60b bin file. Any feedback/help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! |
