Advice on the right b12 kit to buy, n54 swapped e91
In the process of swapping my e91 from auto AWD to 6sp rwd/n54.
I know the wagons have a higher spring rate in the rear but would there be much difference in 335 vs 328 for weight/valving? Checking specs the 335 e91 has same load ratings as 328 on euro site. In Canada I only have access to 335 e92/90 or wagon 328. I cant see the 328wagon being any heavier than 335 sedan Bilstien hasn't got back to me yet. |

lol, doing the same thing right now !
So I'm sold to H&R, and if you look part #, they are different for a e90 335 and E91. I had KW V1 coilover (for the E90) and didn't want to use them, so I never tried on the E91. Looking on google, people using E90 h&r on the E91 , makes the car look weird, and had to add spacers. I just put back the 335 rear subframe on the E91 this weekend, but the car is still on jacks, can't tell if it look weird. The weight is 1 part of the equation, spring K value should be different for sure, since you can load more into the wagon. Wagon is heavier. |
