Bad EKPS?

hi everyone I have a 2010 e92 320d that does not start, however, it does crank, I've been doing some testing and I am getting 12v to the ekps but no voltage to the fuel pump, there are two connectors going into the fuel pump and ive been getting 0v on both of them. does this mean I need a new ekps?

Codes : 4b90 and 6295

You can "Hot-wire" the fuel pump, or apply external 12V & ground to the two wires going to the Pump from Connector X3507
at the EKPS Module. Apply 12V+ battery voltage to the Red/White wire at Pin #4, and Battery Ground to the Brown wire at
Pin #2. The Pump should run and you should get rail pressure.

I would do that test FIRST, and if pump is OK, then we can address the EKPS Module. The EKPS is powered via fuse F70
which should have 12V+ supplied by the "Accessory" relay, KL30G. Check that fuse (F70) as well as testing the Pump.
We can go to NEXT Steps after that. See attached ISTA wiring diagrams.

Code 4B90 indicates LOW Fuel Rail Pressure (NO Pump activity?), and Code 6295 indicates NO EKPS Control Current.

HI, George thank you so much for your reply, I will hotwire the pump and see if it works, I've checked all of the fuses and the relays, although I wasn't able to get a 12v reading from the f70 fuse, I think that due to my own fault.

I've done some more testing and managed to get 12v to the connector, but for some reason, it doesn't reach the fuel pump, I've noticed there is a weird wire spliced into the fuel pump wiring, which I traced back to my battery.

you had a gps tracker/controller which may allowed to disconnect fuel pump circuit
this is sort of custom anti-theft solution
