Got this for Christmas and got everything hooked up, it's all working great except the microphone. No audio getting picked up through Android Auto for calls or voice assist. Anybody have success with the OEM MIC splitter that this kit comes with?

SOLVED: it was my specialty of not pushing the plug all the way in to the OEM mic.

Nice to see its working. How fast is the startup time and more specifically how fast does it connect to carplay the moment you start the car?

Very fast. It seems to maybe start the connection before you even put the key in. I very rarely get to see the custom M-sport logo splash screen that I installed to replace the Mr12volt logo. Most of the time I just see the 'loading android auto' wheel for a second or 2, or it's just on and playing music instantly when I press the ignition button. After I solve these misfires maybe I'll post a little video of some Mr12volt start up times.

sorry it took me so long but I finally remembered to record the Mr12Volt starting up.

I put in the key, shift into neutral, and before I can even press the start button it's already on.
