2010 320i Timing chain help

Hi guys,
Looking for advice.
A few weeks ago my car started running lumpy on start up. Was fine once it was up to temperature.
The diagnostics said, there was a misfire on cylinder 1.
I changed all the plugs, no change.
I change the ignition coils, no change.
I changed the vanos solenoid, no change apart from more power.
Then it started throwing up Camshaft Position
Timing Over - Retarded Bank 1
Still running sweet once it was up to temperature.
Then the other day, it broke down. There was a bit of blue/grey smoke out the back and a burning smell.

I had it towed to my local garage. He said I appears to be a timing chain issue and put me in touch with a local BMW specialist.
They have said it’s £1300 to replace but, I will then have issues with the oil pump which is another £1000.

Just looking for advice and options please? Not sure if it’s worth spending the money.
