N54 running slower after MHD burble tune

yesterday I hooked up my MHD adapter and flashed state 0 just to get the burble tune for now. I am going to next uprgade charge pipe, FMIC and catless downpipes but for now i just wanted the burble. when that stuff is on the car i will run stage 2+ on 93 octane. the car has been running much slower, the throttle and clutch feel different. It had one previous owner who didnt touch anything with the car so i am wondering what went wrong and what i should do now. i could get rid of the tune but i dont know if i need to or not. i know the burbles are destroying my catalytic converters but i dont really care now. any advice?

That tune is garbage - get rid of it. If you still have issues after reflashing to stock, you either have an underlying issue that was "exposed" by the tune, or the tune broke something, though you may never know which.

I wonder if you will learn from your mistakes - destroying the cat and destroying the car . . .

Interesting, was looking to get MHD tune. Seems to be widely positive reviews though.

To be clear, the MHD tune, and tuning tool, is great. The "burble tune," which is not made/advertised/supported by MHD, is garbage, and destroys various parts of you engine, as well as makes it run terribly, in an attempt to make it sound like it has a big lopey cam.

Gotcha! Thanks. Yeah I am not a fan of burble, pops etc tunes. In my opinion they make a car sound tacky and "racer boy". Appreciate the clarification.

little harsh but i understand😂. took it off after 2 days. stage one mhd now and its all good. fuel economy has been bad since installing Charge pipe and BOV. avg 13.5 overall when city driving calmly.

MHD Stage 0 with burbles enabled isn't a 'garbage tune' and won't destroy cats... I mean shouldn't destroy cats. Just don't set it to aggressive with a long duration.

The mild settings give a nice little pop on deceleration which can easily be adjusted. I played with it for a while and settled on only enabling it in DS mode (auto transmission), soft setting, 0.7s duration. It was fun for a few months but I got tired of it and disabled it.
