I plan to check the coolant level tomorrow morning, but I'm reading it could be a sensor issue. Would replacing the belt or pulleys potentially affect the coolant system or sensor? Or is this just coincidence?

Thats a leak from the oil gasket housing. There is oil and coolant flowing through there. Check into that. May need go replace the gasket.

I think I might have identified it, took a flashlight just now in the dark and looks to be the radiator hose with the silver band. It's underneath under the airflow into intake. Part number: 17127540127

Odd because this was professionally replaced when getting an Indy to do the OFHG. Hoping replacement of hose will fix it. Will try to get to it after the long weekend and keep you all updated.

Yeah, that looks like it for sure! Was it a BMW or aftermarket part? I've read more and more negatives about aftermarket, although mine (Rein) have been fine.

Yep! turned out it was the upper radiator hose. Part #17127540127 on a 2011 E93. Replaced it with BMW OE (aftermarket sucks clearly). Careful when removing it from the radiator itself, you can crack the plastic on the radiator side and if that happens you have to get an entire radiator. This reinstall is on youtube and is very simple.

I wasn't able to identify which aftermarket part it was. But my suspicion is it was Rein. Since another hose was Rein and that was replaced by an indy alongside with the upper radiator hose that you see was failing. I ended up getting BMW OE for the replacement! Can't go wrong with genuine.
