E90 N43 oil consumption & engine fault

Hi guys, i have an e90 lci 320i with N43 and in the last month ive noticed some considerable oil consumption ~1l 600-700km. The engine has 144k km and since ive bought the car for 4 months had no issues but the oil problem started since ~ 1 month . On my second to last trip i have the oil sensor tell me i should refill with 1 liter, did so and checked for oil leaks under the hood and under the car but i didnt find any evident leaks. On my last trip of 180km i had the check engine light come on for engine fault and ive attached a picture of the oil consumption for this. I already prepared myself for the worst but hope for the best, anyone had this kind of problem / recommandations?
