Where was this E14 Torx bolt head broken from?

2008 E90 N52, GM automatic.
Took out the dust shield for replacing radiator, and found the aluminum E14 Torx bolt head broken off. Any ideas where it was broken from? was it original on the Engine? it has an "NF" engraved on it. The belt tensioner bolt head is still there, the front bolt of Starter is there too. Where else a E14 aluminum bolt is used?
