Event calendar spam
(There is no report post function in the event calendar.)
I stumbled across this event post full of fake call center SEO spam event entries, using all kinds of character impersonations to hide from regex filters: https://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/ca...=2024-7-12&c=1

The only reason why I was looking is that there is a monthly "Sunday Steele" event that keeps popping up at the bottom of the forum main index page, with no description or location in it at all. I was curious if there were any events listed that had descriptions, and the spam one above was one of the few that I found. Also worth noting is that the calendar year pick-lists for all of the regional calendars ended with 2020, and only the main event calendar was extended to 2030. Given the low/no use and nobody noticing the pick-lists ending half a decade ago and no way to report calendar posts, I think that the site owners need to think about whether this feature should be removed as obsolete.....
