Hello everyone!

I've been trying to solve a problem with my CIC navigation for about a year now.
I installed a CIC unit from a donor car,
1. Changed the VIN numbers in the CIC modules (using iCOM),
2. Installed the FSC codes using the intel123 method.

Currently, all FSC codes are installed in my car, but the navigation is grayed out. I tried connecting to the CIC via FTP over USB and saw that there is no "/hbnavi" directory in the "/mnt" folder.
Also, when I try to check the map version through the service menu, it says "database = null".

I thought I could load the maps via USB. But the system doesn't want to start the map update process (I tried maps from 2018-2025, using a 32GB USB formatted in FAT32).

I ask for help, has anyone encountered this?
All certificates are active, but the navigation doesn't work. I'm even considering taking out the HDD and forcibly loading the maps onto it, but I'm not sure if that will help.
