Would this ENET cable work for E-series?
A bit of a long shot here but thought I'd ask anyway. Does anyone here know if this cable would work for an E-series. http://www.ebay.com/itm/121492778135...S:1123&vxp=mtr
I bought it before realizing the title said F-series. Asked the seller and apparently he can't give me a straight answer either. |

The E-Series doesn't have Ethernet except for the CIC. The F-Series has full Ethernet communication to the vehicle via the ZGW. It's useless for trying to code your car or update software on an E-Series. |

Thanks again for the help Dracon.
Edit: I do have one more question, what software is needed for coding the K+DCAN cable? If there's more than one what would be the top few that are mainly used? Last edited by EdmJunky; 04-07-2015 at 06:59 PM.. |
