Opinions on this e90 328i xdrive?

Looking at this 2011 328i xdrive 6mt with 166k km, listed for 8.9k cad. First time bmw buyer, is this worth it?

No sport pkg, I checked the car out yesterday and it had been horribly maintained so I passed on it.

it has the sport pack steering wheel tho.

CIC and 6mt on a xdrive. pretty nice combo.

I dont know the market in your region, but 15xk and well maintained is around 7-9k$ cad for a lci model.

those car are pretty reliable, its a great buy overall.

truly was a good spec, shame i had to walk away from it.

mtl might have a better market. here in yyc seems like a lot of 7-9k$ cad poorly maintained and a handful of 12-14k$ cad "i know what i have".

lots of high km examples as well, not sure i'd want to get into something with 200k+ on it tho.

Nothing special apart from it being manual. No H/K sound, no alarm, no sport pkg. The standard seats suck ass.
