That's interesting. I also have the yellow Powerflex insert and didn't think there was noticable NVH from it. I also replaced the OE bushing at the same time, so it's probably as firm as it would ever be with the PF insert. I also have new motor mounts too, though, so maybe not a great comparison.

I still have it, maybe I should try again.

I drive on 17” wheels and have the original exhaust. All regular bushings no poly inserts.

Maybe you don’t notice because you’ve already modded your car in other ways that increased NVH above what the Transfer case bushing adds?

Entirely possible. Maybe I have a different frame of reference. If all stock is quieter than mine though, sheesh, they must be really lux!
