I've installed my 3Sim and new OEM DISAs onto my 2006 pre lci 325i but it has a flat spot at about 4.5k RPMs. I've attached my dynograph for a carbon cold air intake system vs stock im working on but the data shows the same regardless of stock or not.

I had the car tuned via Evolve Automotive first and then tried again with a Chaos Calibrations tune. I tried the free tune but it unsynced my DME so no luck there. I've tested both the DISAs in INPA and they're in working order and I've datalogged a few pulls for CC and I've tried looking at the data (for some reason it maxes out the throttle position at 89%) but I don't know exactly what I'd be looking for, but from what I can tell the DISA logs shows they do switch at the right time (+- a 100 rpms).

Has anyone else with a 6mt 325i had this issue? Kind of a long shot but worth asking here. Just a side question, does anyone know why the car is missing about 35-40bhp over the last 20 years?

I've also checked my VIN through realoem and it showed the original came with a 3sim (2 DISA valved manifold anyway)
