Solved, Mixture control 29E0 & 29E1 Lean mixture

Turned out it was a dirty o2 sensor, banks 1-3 plugs were filthy since it was dumping fuel

Yes on the scanner, you can monitor 02s in live data,you will see one not responding or going crazy especially when you give it gas compared to the others.
Dirty O2s repeat getting dirty if you have no cats and burning a lil oil.
Even with a new sensor, it can get dirty in 2 years again, requiring replacement.
