need to lose MAX weight..i have until NOV 22
Ok folks im trying to lose max weight by Nov 22, its my cousins engagament.
Whats the best food to eat... workout blah... Please be detailed thank you. Goal is to lose 10 pounds. |

I personally like yogurts, blueberries and nuts. also, another great tip is to cut all unnecessary carbs, no sugary sodas, no energy drinks. If you would normally make a sandwich with white bread, try using a lighter whole grain bread. Instead of white rice eat brown rice. I have heard that people have lost a decent amount of weight just from cutting excess sugars/carbs. Obviously your goal in losing weight is to burn more calories than you intake. good luck! |

eat small meals but more often, so have like 6 small meals a day.
CHEW, CHEW and CHEW. Chewing makes you feel fuller and helps digest your food better. Try avoiding things that are white, like rice, bread, potatoes etc. Depending on how heavy you are, 10 pounds should be simple to loose. Do at least 30 mins of cardio a day. Don't do any muscle/weight training as this will increase muscle mass which weighs more than fat. Eat foods that are low in GI. Drink LOTS of water. Drink a glass full before you eat a meal, that way, you wont feel as hungry.

Eat sallads (no dressing at all) for lunch every day, oatmeal (no sugar, no topping) w/low fat milk for breakfast every day, no sweets, no cakes/cookies and RUN 3 miles every other day. This way, you will live healthy and loose plenty. Eat your normal dinner. Only have raw fruits for snacks (apples, bananas, pears) or nuts (unprocessed). Avoid sugar sodas and ALL fried food.
Good luck, it only takes a short while and then this is easy to follow. It has helped me keep my 165 lbs (I am 6"0) the past 10 years.

I lost 10 lbs in 3 days before..how did i do it? I accidentally ate undercooked chicken from my BBQ.
Failed at cooking, if you are desperate, you can try this method...i shit for 3 days straight and throw up everything i ingest...i just laid in bed all day
