Web Browsers...
Ok, off topic I know, but curious to know what web browser everyone uses. I tend to use Firefox and Internet Explorer, but having just upgraded to IE 7, I'm not sure I like it any more. The refresh button is no longer at the left of the window but is now at the top, to the right of the address bar. You can however have IE7 startup with all the tabs open with sites that you last looked at, which is quite smart. I'm still not sure tho.

I'm am soooooooo tempted to go down the Mac route (since you mention Safari), but I'm kinda waiting to see what the final release of Vista looks like. Don't get me wrong, I know all the arguments of Firefox vs IE, but was just curious to know what everyone else uses since IE7 has installed itself... actually as a critical update!

I'm using Firefox2, with IE6 lurking in the background. With all the extensions available for Firefox you can get it to do everything you want (and far more than IE)
I have IE7 blocked from the automatic updates service after being advised by Autodesk (before it's release) that it would wreak hoavoc with my CAD software.

Just installed the SessionSaver extension.
Is there an extension like IE7's quicktabs where you can see a small pic of all the tab windows? I think it might be time to terminate IE7 Quote:

Firefox for practically all general browsing. I'm in IT and need to access Microsoft sites (only work with IE) a lot. I am using IE7 to view those sites, but hate it.... (I only loaded it so I become more familiar with it - a process that I hope takes a VERY long time!!!).
Of course if you want the best of both worlds you could always look at this... http://www.theregister.co.uk/2006/11/14/ms_firefox/ |

I use Firefox- don't use IE unless I have no other choice, which is rare.

Firefox and IE 6 only when I can't avoid it, like at work.

Yeah, I'm another one that moved from IE7 to Firefox, I love the Adblock plugin too. Anyone still on IE6 really should upgrade though, you are housing a minefield of activeX security holes (even with the updates)

I've just actually updated Firefox to version 2.0.0.1 which has the built-in option to remember all tabs that were open that last time it was closed down. All good so far.

Aaaarrrrrgggghhhh!
I've gone back to the darkside. This is being written in IE on my new Pocket PC! Apart from the handwitting recognition it's pretty good. That, and it cannot insert, smilies on E9OPost ! mjh93sa.
