335i Xede Installation Question
I noticed on their site that the ECU has to be shipped. Is that really the case? Is it possible to flash the ECU using a special tool that is strictly VIN specific for a single car install? I would hate to have 2-3 days of downtime waiting for shipping.

oh jesus
to much falming and arguing for me today so i will be nice and actually answer your question the xede is not an ecu, it is not a reflash, its a seperate unit that goes in the same compartment as your ecu, splices into a few wires, and does its thing that way and i hate to tell you but im 90% sure your going to have a LOT longer of a wait that 2-3 days as its still sort of in pre-production |
