How about you? How's the 335i settling in?
I've just about run it in, so have started to give it a decent thrashing.

Very pleased so far, lovely exhaust note, straight six howl, loads of refinement and effortless power delivery.

The 330i was an incredibly balanced and refined car, but it did lack a certain 'edge'. In comparison, the 335i is a little noiser and a quite a lot more 'lively'.

We shall have to see. Recovering the finances from this and a new A/V setup at the moment.

It is a little difficult to be discrete at times when giving it some beans. But the way it leaves stuff behind makes up for that.

In honesty I was a bit embarassed the first time I drove the 335i in my local multi story car park. People kept looking to see where the noise was coming from.

Also tend to get odd looks when flooring it from a standing start. Partly from the noise and partly because it takes off like a scalded cat.

The one in Bramhall, yes, frequently!!! I'll use anything really that's close at hand; car doesn't go too far once the light it on

I'm surprised we've not spotted each other yet; it's hardly as if our cars are 'discrete'

Mr. N - We could always, erm, doubleteam poor Rog.

Actually, we should meet up for a black/white shoot on Snakes Pass, I'll bring the guy who does my photos.

They also have good pubs over there... I feel a micro meet coming on. Course, only me going to it so far, but I can dream.

Yeap, one of the few drawbacks of the D - do miss thay 4-5k howl you can slowly build up to in a enclosed space

Doh, now I want a 35i !

Sounds good to me matey, except for the gayness

It'd be good to meet up and I'd love some decent pics of my car, I'm crap with a camera.
Loving the Perf front bumper by the way!!

Roger, I always use that petrol station and always have my eyes peeled for the blue Rex!

We should consider doing it then mate.

Ant will be happy to do it for us I am sure, you just need to be patient as he faffs about a lot looking for angles etc. More than once I have had to sit in the car ducking etc to stay out of shot whilst making tiny adjustments to the steering wheel or whatever!

Can you boys wait until I get myself a decent motor. Wouldn't want to waste good film (!!) on my current stead!!! Unless I use the X3 and could double as the 'camera car'!!
