Angel eyes question? Just bought 335xi!
I bought an '07 335Xi and daytime running lights are not angel eyes but an ugly yellow light in the back
Is there a way I can set the angel eyes as day time running lights, and can I even have them on without having the headlight on? Thanks!! |

The Angel eye DRLs weren't offered until '09. You will have to add something aftermarket to do that.

The angel eyes will come on with the parking lights if you have them from the factory. We offer the Dæos Angel Eye Harness which enables them to run all the time.

Today I finally saw angel eye as DRL in action. An M6 vert behind me on the freeway, his angel eye was factory yellow, very bright in direct sunlight. No parking lights or any other lights on, though it appeared the outside angel eyes were filled with yellow lights at the centers, but the yellow rings were still visible. The inside lights were only yellow rings. Is this what your harness going to do? If so what kind of angel eye bulbs that made them so bright? My stock angel eyes are hardly noticeable under sunlight. Seeing his AE in action convinced me this is a must. |
