Is this a rip off?????
so i emailed my SA to ask how much it would be to install satelite radio on my 07 e90 wich is already pre wired for sat radio... and this is what he responds..
Hey brother im sorry for not getting back to you yesterday… Im off on Sunday and Monday… anyways to install satellite radio its about$$1057.00 Thanks, undisclosed bwm dealer in bay area.... are the numbers right?? i think its way over exaggerated on the numbers... excuse me if im wrong though. |

It might be.. it costed me $2000. to retrofit 6FL in when the option from factory was only $490 back when I had ordered my car..
why don't u get a next quote from a different dealer?

The SA doesn't control the amount the line tech charges for shop time. IF they have trouble getting the coding to work ONCE, they will charge a lot every time.
