It hiccuped, but I reinstalled a couple of times and so far it seems to be working fine. Duram did express some concern to me about vista operating systems via email today: I was worried that we may break some vista installations with this build. We updated a lot of really low level code that vista may not like. Can you tell me if you are using Vista 32 bit of 64 bit? If you need to use the software in the mean time you can uninstall the latest version from the control panel in windows. It will ask you if you would like to revert to a previous version and you can. Best Regards, Duram |

I have started a repository of different test logs we can all use and put it up on one of my sites:
http://www.hopesystemsinc.com/BavTechLogFiles/ There are only two files right now but feel free to use and perform the FATS tests where appropriate. Soon, I'll make utilities to where you can upload your file and get output that define the information in a common format. But ultimately I want to see others using this: http://www.hopesystemsinc.com/bmw_fats.asp I find it strange that only a few have tried it and posted. It takes launching and shifting out of the equation leaving it solely to the cars ability provided the driver is honest. It is just another metric but one which was used by the B5 S4 gyuys for many years. It is so simple to do yet no one is doing it. |

Who else has done the FATS? So far it has been me and you that posted results, from what I recall. |

Got the data, thanks!
I am trying to write a script to parse the CSV files that this program outputs into XML data that can be parsed by XML/SWF charts. Makes for great interactive charts! Line: http://www.maani.us/xml_charts/index...y&submenu=Line Scatter: http://www.maani.us/xml_charts/index...ubmenu=Scatter |

http://www.fusioncharts.com/ I just wonder if it might be easier to create an Excel macro to crunch the data and create charts. |

FATS = 4.94 based on the data I posted, but note the low sample rate. Will log more next week with faster laptop.

Even with the jb+ on the tmap sensor and not in the ecu?
I just want to make sure that I totally understand so I can sell the wife on buying a gauge and the BT instead of just the BT LOL! |

It is modifying that signal to the DME so the BT will not see it accurately.
