Well he proabable uses the dealerships money then returns what he took and kepeps the profit, matter of fact when you have an account set up with an auction... you can jsut floor plan the car and not pay a dime (other than auction fees and shit) until you sell the car. hahahhaha

Sorry bro... kinda making it harder to do in PA now. Obviously you need a dealers license to have an account with an auction, but now to have a dealers license in PA you have to have a store front. Sucks big time. So now to pull shit like this off you either have to have a store front or a dealer in your pocket who will let you use their floor plan.
