IF your on a W&W ship you can enter your VIN on their site (select cargo tracking then auto cargo and type in the complete VIN) for some people the ship info shows up pretty early for others (like me) it doesn't show for 3 or 4 days after the ship leaves. Once you find your ship you can do a schedule search using the voyage number to find all the ports of call and dates. Like we did in the Otello tracking thread http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69777

The waiting sucks but watching the boats progress helps - at least you can see it getting closer.

Finally picking my new baby up this Friday it arrived Thur 7/12 at the NJ VPC and was at my dealer on Sat 7/14 but Friday is the earliest I can get down there to get it.

I am behind most of you guys as my car will not be made until week 30. But I just got my VIN this weekend so it seems a lot closer now.

Ordered in Feb for Aug ED. E90 335i. Just over 6 weeks to go before I get to drive it.

Cant wait.

Yeah I was surprised by the fast movement through the VPC as well - now I just have to wait til Friday to pick her up.

OK, this is wierd.

For the past 2 days the 800 # has been saying, your vehicle is bieng transported to the port of exit. I called this morning and now it is saying "your vehicle was released to a carrier and is awaiting transportation to the port of exit"

Automated 800# says my car is now in production with an estimated completion date of 7/23. It looks like its a week early since I was originally scheduled to start production that week.

Same thing happened to me. I don't know what to make of it though. What I can say is that it's been " at the port awaiting a vessell" for a couple days now. That's according to the automated voice. The customer rep had no clue of it's whereabouts after it got to the port. He basically didn't even know when it got there. Sketchy info I tell you.

Just found out that I went into production this morning. Shweeet!!. I was supposed to be week 30, so its like they are ahead of schedule.

First week of august is a stretch, maybe if you get on a kline boat, but if its WW I would think second week of august would be a better bet. Congrats on making it to the port!

it depends on how many cars (that are going to the west coast) are ahead of you. i got to the port on 5th. missed a boat and got on the KIWI AUCKLAND departing on the 12th. but then again, i think there're two boats leaving on 20th, no? so you have a chance.

Did you try tracking your VIN on the WW site?

If you didn't notice, you can check to see when the ship is scheduled to arrive in the US. When you're viewing the tracking results of your VIN, click the Voyage ID. I'm on the TARIFA which left the same day as yours, but I'm west coast and not due to arrive in CA until 8/6.

Dude, we are on the same boat :rocks: I know that FAUST is docking in UK tomorrow I think and than goes across the pond to the east coast... we're looking at 1 week of August man... it take about 4 days after delivery for preparations... can't... wait... any.... longer...
