Shiv, I have a few questions that have been cropping up in my mind:

1) have you guys done any research/testing to see if and how the output of the LPFP is affected by the level of the fuel in the tank?

2) Is there any indication that driving the car with low fuel (say under 1/8th of a tank) puts extra strain on the LPFP and therefore causing it to deteriorate prematurely.

What I am trying to see if there is a simple way to help prevent fluctuations in the fuel pressure on the low side and therefore extend the life of the HPFP.

Hey guys,
Part 3 was going to be showing exactly what we did and tried when developing the fuel system upgrade. But seeing how eager some are to take advantage of our R&D, we'll release the info once we have our first batch of kits ready to go.

I like the sound of that... kits. You know what that means.... it means that this isn't just software, but actual hardware changes

I guess I'm a little confused about what you said in part 1 then:

You seemed to be more than willing to share your findings to begin with, why the sudden change of pace? You must have known others would use your information provided to their advantage to begin with, no?

Not to answer for anyone but IMHO there's a big difference between making a Vishnu product that works with any tune and giving other companies a blueprint on how to make said product. I'm sure he'll make it so other tune user can buy this upgrade from Vishnu and use it with whatever but it should still be a Vishnu product.

Ok, then why release so much of your research and pull back on the last promised peice? It's obvious anyone can take that research and use it to their advantage to begin with. I just hate being teased with decent research on something that hasn't really been tackled yet.

I dont think he quite expected every word he typed to be disected to such an extent on the other 2 forums. I was one of the posters who suggested he keep such things close to his chest. Research is a business.

Dang man. You're definitely a believer in the maxim "no good deed goes unpunished".

I also don't think he expected BMS to be that quick to pick up the fueling research and begin testing things themselves...

Excuse my ignorance but why should I believe this will be the "fix" for hpfp failures? I read what Shiv posted and still don't understand how his system is superior or will fair better then the past 7 hpfp attempts by BMW.

Wow, its funny how quick everyone bitches and moans when something doesnt go the way they want it. Granted it was a little tease, but at least shiv is on the forums daily being active in the community with the tuners using his products. Where is DINAN? Any techs from them helping people on a daily basis with their products? Man, if I had to deal with crybabies all day long I think I would just stop posting all together. Go buy the competitors fuel solution if you want it now, oh wait, there isn't one.......
