What tool is that and what is it used for? Looks like a seal installer? Never seen one for a strut...

Why a Toyota iron-block in-line 6 from 25 years ago?

They too are on back order and I'm not paying over $2600 for OEM after spending +$4500 for paint and Sport bumpers. The search continues...

Heck yeah 2JZs are awesome. Sounds great, makes amazing power, can be reliable. Still an inline 6, and loads better than an N53. Nice.

I replaced the aluminum motor mount arm bolts which had sheared all four under hard acceleration. Car felt like worn motor mounts having a vibration in gear at idle. Luckily lifting the engine up with lift bar made it possible to remove arm and access the broken bolts in the block.

+1, project are also from the heart

the only issue, here, a GTE in good shape will run around 10-15k$ cad

At that price, nothing around . Would be cheaper to get a complete aristo or get a GE and built it. And find a suitable or built a r154 manual transmission.

At this price I can built 2 or 3 n54 But not as cool and prestigious.

I don't know how late I am to this party but I recently priced tires for my 1 series and looking at Michelin Pilot Sport Pros. I have them currently and best tire I've ever had.

I also looked for alternatives including the Indies and they were like $50 difference. Keep in mind the 1 series is not daily driven. I've had this set of tires on it for a couple years but I bought them used to try them out and they are not showing signs of dry rot

looks like Michelin dont provide deals upon massive orders with local distributors.

A set of michelin 4s here is 2300$
Indy : 1550$

750$ difference... in 18''

for few bucks, I wont mind, but 750$, with a very high risk to not go through them , because of a flat/pot hole/too old.

on my F25 need to replace 2x 275x40x19, because wife hit a pothole, got a massive sidewall bubble. The tire had only 10k km on it. 800$ right there.

What I did not plug back ?

abs sensor?

(transfer case is connected, both harness)

will get into it tomorrow morning.

You have to drive it on the ground (like around the block) so it can see the difference in abs sensors when turning. I’ve gotten that one twice when I left the doors open and ran the battery down.

every time I store the car, I remove the battery, and I have this.

But must be something else, it wont go away. I did not had time to check this yet.

Ill check wheel rotation with INPA, all 4 should read the same, if tires got same pressure.

Not impossible that a cable on the abs sensor internally broke.

Did not go to my alignment yet. soon. Hopefully by next week

From what I read you have it up in the air, so all 4 turn at same speed. That is a fault, because they should all be turning at different speeds when you turn a corner/turn the wheel.

If the abs sensors all check out as good, go drive it around the block or drive a figure 8 or drive a circle clockwise and then counter clockwise.
That walkways cleared it x3 and on my e91 x.

Anytime it loses electrical power you will get the trifecta of lights. Mine usually clears after I back out of the driveway amd then turn left at the corner.
