My facts Tara..

I was for 9 years in the gym 4-5 days a week with a profesional scientific program .
People thought "I" was "Schwarzenegger" had to pull off all of girls of my muscles and on that big muscle too !
But sadly I had a work accident with a serious knee injury and so now out of the gym for 2 years .
Lost some muscles but still looking really good, that's what they say..
I felt really depressed after 9 years of war for muscle and now of that stupid accident I can't reach that level never again , so I quit because it would never be on that same level again ..
More facts...
I'm 1.89 meter tall and weight 95 kilos ,but I came from 102 kilos and lost now about 7 kilos of muscles !
Had only 8 % of body fat now maybe 10-11 % .
I have black hair and deep blue eyes and I am a white dude .
Pics from me you still can see in the gym .
BTW ...I'm no pic guy , but hot girls took lots of pics from me !

I dream of CA , without rain but..
One week ago we had a heat wave over here in Belgium with temps up to 38° Celsius .
My grass of my lawn is burned by the heat and about 10 cm of water was gone..evaporated out of my garden pond !
I can tell you...I thought were are all the people outside..We are just not used to that heat .
So it's better now with about 20° Celsius ... even with rain .
