For ME..... Best part is flexibility / perks. It's also rewarding to create an atmosphere that people like to work in. Over hearing employees tell someone how great it is to work here is really nice. (they don't know about the microphones....) Worst part is feeling responsible for the finical well being of my employees. It also feels really shitty when a long time employee is found to be stealing from you. But i was once told long ago, that if you're successful in business, people will be looking to take advantage of you in some way, shape or form, including employees.

Not so much true in this day and age, but in his time it offered nearly 100% success rate. There are so many new ways to make a living in this time we live in. Need to keep that mind open to new opportunities, talking to your friends pop and as many others as you can is a solid approach to making a career starting decision.

Read anything by Neal Stepheson. Cryptonomicon first if you have never read anything. (Parallel timelines - Bletchley park and 1990s silicon valley) Snow Crash (post-modern, future cyberpunk) Reamde (no, not a typo) (Virtual Reality gaming crypto-currency) The Baroque Cycle (like 3 books averaging about 1,100 pages each) Follows developments of society and technology (and currency) from American Revolution, the French Revolution, and the onset of the industrial revolution The Mongoliad (basically an alternate story of a group of post-crusades Christians in the time of Genghis Kahn.) Dense material, VERY interesting.

I want the blue one...
They come with three straps - the bracelet (pictured) and a color-matched rubber and color-matched leather strap; all interchangeable without tools. Like three watches in one... hardly a "bargain" as 1/3 of this watches price will no doubt still be more than most watches.
