Mine is in transit to the port of departure. Another step closer. Funny thing is when I ordered the car I was perfectly happy to wait and was not anxious at all. Now I cannot wait for it to get here.

I was the same way... at first I thought it was a cool part of the process that it would be 'on-order'... like it was extending the new car buying process... two days afterwards, I just wanted my friggan car. About a month left I think... sitting in Bremerhaven awaiting a ship!

Just got word that I'm on the vessel Emden, ETA Charleston 4/11
I wasn't expecting the car until early May, so I'm a very happy camper right now!

It really all depends on how many are in front of you. I'm not sure if there is any type of priority as far as sold vs non-sold vehicles. I sat there from the 25th, to the 29th.

Well, the 3/30 date was for an east-coast bound boat, so that wouldn't have helped you anyway (the WWL boats are east coast, the NYK boats are west coast)...
With any luck we'll both get out on the 4/3 boat! |

I am also at the port awaiting a shipping vessel... been there for 2-3 days now. Hopefully I will be on the 4/3 boat as well, which means it will arrive around the 26th of April. How many of you will wait until May before picking up your car to see if BMWFS lowers the rates for that month?

I'll probably have to wait until May regardless... I'm in Denver, so it will take a few days after getting to the receiving center and then out to Colorado. I can't imagine it going below 3.9% anyway... but maybe I suppose.
Interesting, I just noticed the little dancing guy is backwards... ... maybe it's because they hide the shades on the backside of the roundel. |

If we don't get on the 4/3 boat, I'm seriously thinking about having a complete and total meltdown.
I just looked through the threads and it sure looks like any WWL boats only have Eastern U.S. people following their progress. I think this is correct (and that's what it says in the guide after all). |

Here is a picture of the Hojin... I'm gonna print this out and sacrifice a chicken to it...
Or is it this one... Maybe they've repainted it once or twice... |

Slap a roundel on the front and back and it would be pimp. Isn't that first one Montego Blue? It needs a front lip.

Also Emden a K-Line vessel is headed for Charlston: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=123345 Anyways I'm in Cali...so I suppose it's a little better for me since I won't have to wait quite as long once the ship docks at PH. Still a pain in the butt wait though! |
