Radial Tire did my alignment good people. I think i may have gotten a better deal at America's Tire but not sure. Radial Tire actually has alot of selections in stock so you are bound to have something when you go.

i would bump to 235 and 265. get a little more lip coverage.
Thanks guys...my fault on the typo...225/35/19 in the fronts and 255/30/19's in the back but I'll do my research on the sizes you provided

I guess I'll throw this question out here rather than go searching through the wheel forums as it seems you guys have tried many different setups.

What's the max sizing I can go on stock OEM 18s (either 189 or 287) without rub or fender rolling? Everything suspension-wise is stock right now and I don't plan on changing that up in the near future. May add spacers. Not yet though.

Plan is to go with Pilot Super Sports.

stock ZSP suspension, on E90 Pre-lci, OEM 18s, you can go 245 front which is very pushing but doable. rear can fit in 265-275 without rubbing. spacers wise, if you plan to go 245 front, get 10mm the most can fit without issue. rear can fit 20mm without rubbing. all base on stock ZSP suspension and on pre-lci, on stock 18s

what about LCI? is it same sizing? and you said pushing. would 4-5 people sitting in car cause any problems with that setup?

Since you all have been so helpful in the past, I thought I would throw another question up here. I finally got around to logging with my jb4. My question is...what the heck am I looking at? I know how to read a graph, but what do all these values mean? How do I know if what I am seeing is good/bad? I did 3 pulls from around 2K rpm in third gear until redline. I started logging before I did my first pull and let the logging continue until after my third one. Should I stop the logging after each pull and then restart it when I do another or is it ok just to leave it going the whole time?

I am fascinated by all the data my JB4/Comp was able to capture, I just have no idea what to do with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! If there is somewhere else I am supposed to upload this data, please let me know.

Load up your logs on www.datazap.me

You'll be able to see the graph better and pick and choose which stuff you want to see. Looking at it like that can be complicated its best to separate them and look at a few at a time. You can also post up the link for us to see too lol.

Also no need to turn of logging and back on you can easily edit the files in excel to shorten if you wanted or you can load them up on datazapme and highlight the area you want to zoom in and it'll zoom in on that area so you can look at specific runs as well.

Hi modesto chiming in,although in the san joaquin valley stockton is a shithole so we dont affiliate ourselves with them, and fresno is too far so i'll align with sac!! lol

Any junkyards up there in sac with E90's? gonna be doing the 3Stage intake manifold swap on my 325i and people are saying they got steals from junkyards, but pick n pull's have alot older cars. Dont get me wrong PnP is great for my 3rd gen firebird, but shes 25 years old. any up there? Stockton, Modesto, and Merceds pick n pull's do not have 1.

Here is a link to my pulls in 3rd gear. Thanks for directing me to datazap Buster. So now that I have them up, can someone give me a quick analysis? Is the car doing what it is supposed to be doing in map 1? Any tips on interpreting the data would also be appreciated. Thanks!

Davis chiming in. I heard that there's a handful of of junkyards in rancho Cordova. I have yet to visit, but all the mechanics I have spoken to told me to head there. If you end up cruising by, let me know I wouldn't mind making a trip up there and meet some fellow members.

Anyone 328/325/330s in the Davis/ Sacramento area with a muffler delete or magnaflow muffler willing to meet up so I can hear your exhaust before I make the purchase???? Sound clips are not a good source for how it would really sound

There are a bunch of yards on Sunrise between White Rock and Douglas in Rancho Cordova. The PnP is about a quarter of a mile south of White Rock on Sunrise. There are some higher end junk yards (if there is such a thing) near Mechanical Drive and Sunrise. I've never picked up BMW parts from any of these places, but I'm sure you could find what you're looking for.

Pro tip: Bring cash and speak Russian

front it MAY rub a little when doing lock to lock turn... rear, i can't remember the difference offset between LCI and pre-LCI. it's better to double check the guys over at suspension section.

Haha thats a good thing, but also a bad thing. That mean's when she's ready to give up on the x5 your either getting a new model x5 with adaptive suspension or your going to have to install aftermarket suspension on what ever car she wants lol.

Then we she does this you can be like, you got suspension to I'm buying upgraded turbos HAHA

LOL, my X5 has adaptive suspension and i set it to stiff since the minute we took it home. so she getting very comfortable about stiff suspension and feel good when the car cornering in a pretty planted condition instead of floating like a boat. she texted me this morning "omg, that car is so floaty and made me so sick, i almost throw up in the car"
LMFAO!!!!

as we went out yesterday to the zoo, she had no complain sitting in the back in the e90 with the daughter, 400 lbs spring rate front with 75% stiff rebound setting, 600 lbs spring rate rear with 95% stiff rebound setting, and being she is 4 months pregnant. i feel glad she finally don't say "you car is so bumpy" no more!!

now Bob just gave me a call and found out the sensor to control the electronic sway bar is bad, also the AC evaporator is leaking... phew glad my car still under warranty. the AC evaporator is a $3500 job and required to take out the WHOLE dash in order to get that replaced. gonna swap out that GMC as soon as they have BMW loaner back... dont want my wife to throw up in the rental... hahahaha

LOL, hey quick question. My GF took the X5 to work today and when she came back home the car alarm was no longer making the traditional bmw 2 beeps. Now its doing 4 long beeps when ever i lock and unlock the car, is the car trying to tell me something has gone wrong? Or is their a way to change the beep with the remote? If so it probably got changed on accident...

Either that or its some kind of bmw warning system telling me the car is about to take a dive...
