Came home and there was a package behind my door from TireRack, the springs I guess. Is it normal that if they try to deliver something and you're not home they just leave it behind the door?! I don't want someone to steal my wheels when they come in next week.

It is very hot here today, the cars thermometer showed 98 F when I sat in it at work! I'm so going out now, going grocery shopping by foot just to get some of that sun!

BTW saw a gorgeous AW E92 pull to my grocery stores parking lot when came home. Either someone is very far from home or it is wasn't any of you

If you can spend another $30 I highly recommend the SD850. 4x optical zoom is really handy for a small point and shoot. If you can splurge a little more then get the SD850IS (5x optical).

I've been using Canons since they unveiled the SD lineup and I swear by them to this day.

I've never heard of grease trucks. Although, I'd like to check it out next week. I'd even come down tonight but tomorrow I have to wake up early to go get my clearbra installed. Heck, I'm still kind of embarrassed to have my plastic covers on my seats so I don't think I'd want to show my face in public yet.

Milla, unfortunately that's how they do it. I usually come home and see packages on my doorstep. Unless, it states that it must be signed for, they usually just leave it at your front doorstep.

For my wheels/tires, I made sure and took the day off, just to wait for them. I know that it's covered under insurance and all, but the hassle to go through all that is not worth it.

My advice, when you get the shipping confirmation, just stay at home and wait for the wheels/tires.

I've had the most productive day today! I did a lot of work today and after I came home I have already done some laundry and emptied the dishwasher. And I FINALLY set up my voice mail on the phone, only had the phone for 3 months...

I never knew how to but accidentally ended up to a menu where one option was "call voice mail" so wanted to give that a try...

Do you ever get the feeling that "why the hell would I ever eat in a restaurant because I cook better myself"?

I am just eating the best steak! With a good salad. Which I made myself.

I should really hold the BBQ party for you guys

Gosh I kick ass with these steaks!

And fresh raspberries with whipped cream for dessert. This is what I love about this country - all the veggies and fruit and berries available in the stores. They're bloody expensive but who cares
