Anyone want to rent me their cable? Desperate but dont want to spend $100 for a 3 minute alpina flash.....

Don't be fooled. My $30-40 cable works fine. You don't need the $100 one

Hey everyone. So i successfully flashed my 07 e90. When i went to do the same to my buddies 09 e90 i got error 200. Inpa shows both dots. Im not sure how to check which version of files iv got. If someone tells me how ill let you know. Please help.

Probably your cable, as "some" of the cheaper cables will only work up to 2008.

Alpina doesnt work for your model and I am not aware of any performance transmission flashes for it..

Just code the EGS module to default with expertmode.

I know I can do that. I want to understand what's going on behind the scenes though.

After the flash the PADDLES are set to wert 00 which is correct for pre lci switch based paddles. That's why LCI paddles stop working after the flash. For any LCI paddles equipped car it should be wert 02 which is for resistance based paddles. Just want to verify it with some hard data.
