Hoping someone can help answer my audio question. When was Logic7 / HK first available on the E91? Is there an easy way to tell if the car comes with this option without decoding the VIN? Thanks!

If I remember right, the easiest way to visually identify it is the center speaker in the dash. Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken.

Yeah, I'm kind of banking on finding someone who really appreciates the OEM+ mods done and the color and option combo. I am not in a rush to sell, and I know I will sorely miss it

I think it's fair to say that it's probably worth between $16k-$20k as someone else stated. It is a very clean car in person, and drives very smoothly. That 330i intake manifold and tune really makes a big difference at high rpm.

I can't imagine how fantastic those N54- and M57-swapped cars are to drive.

Agreed! Majority of the nuts and bolts and possibly parts of the frames shows some rust. This can be addressed during the swap

Haha right!? I may try to lowball them and then have 2 E91s lmao! Have to convince my wife she can pick either one to drive (Alpine White or Bluewater). Then finally engine swap lol. I'm crazy for thinking this but someone else better snap this up. I don't think I've seen this color combo on an E91 before either!

Was just on the phone with them. Obviously they dont really know much about the car. Said there have been a few phone calls on it (probably). Definitely some surface rust, and recent brake job. My guess is they dont have much more information on the vehicle then that. Carfax is not currently on their site, but should be shortly. Fairly tempting at that price.

Problem is nobody ever takes a picture of the dash where you can see if there is a center speaker or not. I've seen some models show Harman Kardon on the front door speakers, but I don't think it's consistent.

It's really hard to tell the difference between the center speaker/blank plate even in person. I have one car with each. On my '11, the A pillar tweeters do have a small HK badge on them.

Well, I just got off the phone with the folks about the Bluewater M Sport car. They took a deposit on it over the weekend, and there's a wait list of people to call afterward. I asked if I could leave a 2nd deposit to leap frog the wait list, but they said no. I think the lady on the phone thinks something is wrong, she sounded so perplexed about why people were all over that car. LOL...

Hopefully it goes to an enthusiast owner, not to a flipper to end up on BaT in a couple weeks... We shall see.

I have an E91 problem, lol. I am the one who put the deposit on the Bluewater car. The spec is exactly what I want and even though I just picked up the Tasman 6MT car I can just sell it to keep the Bluewater. Sorry!

Not to worry at all. Glad its going to an enthusiast. I honestly only wanted to buy it because its a few steps closer than me having to build my Bluewater M-sport... But, I honestly didn't want xDrive, so its for the better.
