+1 on transmission mounts. Fitted uprated Rogue Engineering mounts to mine and massively improved the shift quality. Easy DIY.

Any more details?

I'm feeling the engine/transmission slop when on/off the gas and it's beginning to irritate me.

It's not that tight. I think mine popped 6 inches after yanking. Just don't put your face over it when u do.

Update on my status:
ZHP weighted shift knob feels better, though I'm widening my scopes for improvement by:
1. transmission oil change this sunday ( I took a look at the oil without removing the engine cover and it feels black enough to disappoint me)
2. transmission mount change after two weeks
