I noticed that also. It must just be the way its sitting on the dirt/grass shoulder of the road. No adjustments.

Nope, it's the steptronic. I drive a mix of highway and city, and I'm a pretty spirited driver....I mean it's a 330i ZZP, it's meant to be driven. I kept thinking they were gonna come due but the OBC still says over 25000 miles left on the fronts and rears. I finally checked them myself and found the front and rear rotors are still about 1mm above the minimums and the pads are fine.

Yup another satisfied customer. Car is solid. I am hoping that this becomes the classic car of this generation in years to come. This car seems to be getting better with age - it's butter smooth with enough grunt to be satisfying. I was originally bummed when the 335i came out with it's gobs of torque and HP over our cars, but when the HPFP started happening, I was glad to have the little old N52. The electronics scare me though out of warranty. iDrive and all it's sensors won't be cheap to fix if they crap out and there's no preventative maintenance to avoid issue. Also wished I gone with stick shift. I'm committed to this car for the long-term and BMW stick shifts tend to be more reliable as the car ages.

Thats awesome, but I honestly have never owned a car that long to relate to your post, I tend to get bored easily and then buy something else.

My 04 330ci is at 100k and nothing but regular maintenane. The only thing thats been repaired has been the drivers side door lock. No clue how it broke. After 8 years 300 bucks isn't too much to spend on a repair. These cars get a bad rep, but its proved to be more reliable than many of the other brands I've owned. Cough Audi cough.

82K miles, No HPFP issues, no issues except SIRIUS module replaced under warranty. No 100K warranty, and not worried.
